Float Glass Production Line EPC
With outstanding scientific research and development capabilities and strong engineering technology strength, QGRDI has achieved a series of achievements in recent years in the fields of large-scale energy-saving furnaces, integrated combustion systems, large-scale energy-saving annealing equipment, and the construction of digital intelligence factories. We have successively built several ultra-large-tonnage one furnace with multiple lines factories. These projects are at the industry-leading level in terms of product quality, adaptability of product types, operating costs, emission reduction, and carbon reduction.
Photovoltaic Glass Production Line EPC
As the earliest research and design institute to develop and successfully apply full-oxygen combustion technology, QGRDI has recently achieved another remarkable success by constructing the world's largest full-oxygen combustion production line with a daily capacity of 1,000 tons. This project has achieved energy savings of over 22% and reduced flue gas emissions by approximately 70%, driving technological progress and product structure upgrading in the industry.
Waste Heat Power Generation Engineering
Relying on years of design experience in the glass industry, QGRDI’s waste heat power generation project adopts the concepts of stepwise utilization, rational configuration, and safety reliability. It can provide users with a comprehensive technical solution for combined heat and power, including waste heat power generation, steam supply for production, workshop heating, and air conditioning for offices.
Silica Sand Beneficiation and Purification Engineering
The quartz sand beneficiation and purification project effectively reduces production energy consumption by efficiently utilizing the waste heat steam from glass factories. The produced low-iron quartz sand has a stable iron content of 60-70ppm, which is far ahead of similar enterprises. This provides a feasible approach for energy conservation, emission reduction, and large-scale continuous production in glass factories.
Flue Gas Desulfuration and Dedusting System
The automated flue gas desulfurization and dedusting device for glass furnaces, developed and constructed by QGRDI, features a small footprint, flexible layout, and low investment. It achieves applicability to various fuels such as heavy oil and coal tar through methods like ammonia and alkali. The equipment's desulfurization efficiency is as high as 80% to 95%, exceeding the national standard.
